OUR VISIT.

A rectangle of an imperfect shape, a low yeast content, a gentle bread color from a light sunny shade to a very light dark one, large and light air pores hidden under the roughness of the crust. This is not the crust of a baguette, it breaks more melodically, more quietly, but with a gentle crunch.

When such a ciabatta is in your hand, you immediately want to sit somewhere in the garden under a green tree, inhale the aroma of bread, eat and feel how real it is, this bread grown on our fertile Ukrainian land.

After all, everything tastes better in nature, especially our fragrant ciabatta.
